How You Can Help

First, let me say thank you for your consideration as a potential sponsor. As involved parents and community members, we realize the need for the youth of Texas to participate in a competitive and non-discriminatory football league. The opportunity for all children to develop an understanding for the fundamentals of football and cheerleading has always been one of our main goals.

The organization’s mission is to promote community citizenship, good sportsmanship and physical and mental development through healthy, organized competition and teamwork for 4 through 13 year olds.

The program is open to all, and does not restrict membership due to race, religion, gender or ability.

Every year we are embarking on an ambitious goal to provide even more of the youth in our area with a better program than ever before. For us achieve this goal it will take the assistance of local businesses and private donors. Presently we are seeking sponsors to help us achieve our goals to provide the youth with an organized and safe environment to learn the game of football.

Where Your Money Goes
Your sponsorship money goes directly to help offset the costs of running these fun, safe, and team building events. These are great community programs for the kids. Some of the things your sponsorship dollars help pay for are:

Referee costs

Permits

We have a few other avenues where you can get involved with our Organization and support the youth in our community.

Can you make a donation?

Consider giving a tax-deductible gift or donation to our 501(c)3 organization. If you would like to give a product donation for our raffle or concession stand, please see a board member or email us.

Make a Donation

Fundraising is a key component to the success of our program. We have 1 major fundraiser in the fall that requires 100% participation from all cheerleaders, football players and parents to meet our fundraising objectives. Money raised with our fundraising efforts go to pay for our end of year banquet, trophies, as well as to offset the cost of uniforms, equipment, field rental and the normal expenses of running a non-profit organization.

Cheerleaders may do additional fundraising during the off and on seasons to help cover their costs and to help purchase any additional items they may need/want and the cost of competition.

Special Note: In the past some parents have chosen not to take part in the fundraiser and it has hurt the rest of the organization. Those parents that choose not to partake can opt out of the fundraiser by paying the amount of the fundraiser when the fundraising packets are handed out. If you would like to opt-out for the season, please contact a board member.
